something or someone that you thought was gone for good, but then is "back up in yo ass.

dude 1: "didn't you beat that fool good?"
dude 2: "yeah, I thought he was gone for good"
dude 1: "well he's back up in yo ass now!"

man 1: "damn it i thought they stopped playin' that stupid commercial"
man 2: "well, its back up in yo ass now!
