Any governing body and representatives who tax you needlessly, pays themselves and their employees more than they're worth, and when you file your taxes late charges you interest. On the other hand, when government has to give you back a refund or owes you from your tax return, no interest is paid to you if it is filed late.

Oh shit! I just filed my taxes late, now the fucking pimp is gonna fuck me with no vaseline by charging me interest too. Don't I feel like a bitch.
