A person who didn't wear masks during the pandemic and is thus, untrustworthy. A shorter version of anti-masker.

Person 1: Hey Do you know Jim? He seems nice!
Person 2: Yea he's alright, I heard he's a No-Mask tho...
Person 1: Oh.... good to know, will avoid in the future
Person 2: good idea...
