Grinder 

1. Someone staying on top of their shit. (ie. making money, accomplishing goals, getting an education, career, etc.)
2. Someone who is always on the grind.

Girl you know I'm a grinder
I can't let you hold me back
You want too much control
It's bringing me down
I have to stay in the grind
And make money and do good things for me.
