Tree Cuddle 

The act of multiple guys cuddling together. Their limbs are so close together that it resembles the branches (or roots) of a tree.

Girl 1: So, your boyfriend and his brothers had a tree cuddle last night. I was a little bit confused.
Girl 2: Oh, he does that a lot.
