A jovial, warm hearted, oftentimes gregarious chap, who passionately engages in socially abnormal behavior with comedy and a twinge of foolishness, all while retaining a good social standing. Goofy Ass Ho's are typically known for losing articles of clothing during their many misadventures and in axtreme cases pieces of technology (cellphones, iPods, etc.)
