A girl who frequents frat parties, or any party. Often loud, obnoxious, arguably drinks too much, and has voluminous extensions. Carries a designer purse on the bend of her arm to every and any event. Often pulls bottles of hard liquor out of said designer purse. Lots of makeup, optional.
