Blarched 

To be blarched is to be high, usually on marijuana. To be stoned, blazed, and completely fucked up. The state of euphoria one feels after smoking joints, fat-ass blunts, or toking bongs.

Man we were in drivers ed class and this kid came in blarched out of his mind.
Yo man that kid is soooo blarched take a look at his eyes!!
