1 - adj. used to describe someone who must have explinations presented for every aspect of life.

2 - adj. completely oblivious to everything that occurs, normally unable to understand metaphors and figures of speech.

Samtionary 

A collection of normally incoherent words, phrases, and actions that have come into use due to the idiosyncrasies common in certain individuals such as the village idiot, who can be classified as Samish or the like.

Wow Samantha, I can't believe you jumped off that thing. See, you got hurt! That was so stupid, and that...whatever it was you yelled, thats for sure going in the Samtionary!
