Marijuana, often in the form of a dab pen. Short for “penthouse”, commonly referred to as “penny”. Derived from “The Pinto House”, referring to a common place in which marijuana is smoked.

Nah man, I’m already off the penny!
(“Off the pent” has the same meaning as “On the pent”, meaning stoned)
