the term used for the death of a platform that started lots of amazing and revolutionary memes. Vine was the platform to cure your depression. It is also the place where a lot of extremely weird (in the bad way) people started their career (e.g. Jake Paul, Lele Pons, King Bach, Amanda Cerny).
