OPCC

Obsessive Phone Charging Compulsion. A disorder that explains someone who charges their phone until its fully charged, unplugs it for a few minutes, then recharges it until it is again fully charged and continues in this pattern.

Ashley had already fully charged her phone three times and unplugged it just to recharge it and was beginning to think that she had OPCC.
