hillbility

1. The facility of any number of Southern citizens which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

a. Poor English usage, grammar, or phonetics (when spelling or speaking).
b. Excessive cursing, hunting (or otherwise shooting), spitting, rocking-chair-sitting, fried-chicken-eating, drawling, incest(ing), or wife-beating.

2. The ineptitude, at any facet of life in general society, of a hick, redneck, or otherwise of Southern origin.
Down South, just about everybody has a hillbility. Or four.
