Its a more perverse way of saying "whatever" but its a more definet way to say whatever. And or saying you really dont give a fuck at the same time.

Dude 1: Hey man you wanna go to this
bar tonight, it might be dead. I just dont
know where else to go.

Dude 2 : Whatever the fuck

Example 2:

Chick: hey fuck you its over

Dude : whatever the fuck
