A midget lesbian. Derived from the latin root "box muncher" but added "kin" to imply the shortness of the one who is munching the box.
I hired 2 lesbian strippers for Dean's bachelor party and they turned out to be midgets too. Nothing like a bachelor party with a couple of box munchkins running around.
