Schniggner

A person who does or says something that is based towards an individual group of people.

Jake : "That group of people all look they they should have blue hair".

George : "Jake is such a schniggner, he just told me that those people over there should all have blue hair".

Jack : " Yeah I know I heard him but I don't know what to say to him.
