A Sibs is the act of doing EVERYTHING sexually

eg 1.
Girl eating ice-cream
Guy: "Bro, you're doing a Sibs"
Girl: "GAH stop watching me eat" *walks away and hides"

eg 2.
Guy watching Girl brush her teeth.
Girl: *stops* "What?"
Guy: "Wow Sibs, you even brush your teeth sexually."
Girl: *hides in shower*
