the sound your lips make when you blow air out of your mouth but keep you lips together. "Lip Trills" as some singers would call them. Used in a moment of frustration or exasperation.

Kim: "I really want to meet him, Betty"
Betty: Not today, maybe tomorrow!
Kim: *Bwer*
