The sister restaurant to PAPALO, a restaurant group in San Diego, CA created by award winning chef Drew Bent. Papalito is the first restaurant concept from the PAPALO, LLC restaurant group. The name PAPALITO is derived from the name PAPALO and came to be given that its the smaller paired down version of the larger concept, which denotes the "ito" at the end, which signifies an item or entities smaller version in the Mexican language.
