Usually a short, brotha with a Napolean complex. likes to stab others while wearing over-sized clothes. Uses the slogan, " I cut you, I cut you so bad you say " Man, I wish you didn't cut me so bad" Responds to names like Ese, Vato, Cholo, and Homes.

Flo is the baddest Retro Gangsta of them all. Come on homes, lets go stab them vatos over there. "La Primera lives!"
