pop fins 

To pop fins on someone is to shut down that person's ability to remain in a situation, particularly a fight or argument. The name comes from the method of popping the fins off a dickhead's surfboard, while out in the water, so he can't surf and has to paddle back in.

If this guy doesn't chill the fuck out, Chris and Jefferson are going to pop fins on him and send him on his way.
