FTMTF 

1. Female-to-male-to-female is a drag term for a person who is anFTM to Female dragqueen or genderbender who is perceived as male in day to day life.
2. Someone who transitioned from female to male, and then detransitioned back to female. (rare usage)

He transitioned from female to male in 2010, but he's been doing FTMTF drag since 2014.
