A command a person may make of another person who is tripping on drugs to get them to then take a long drag of a joint.

Person1: SPIDERS!

Person1: -sucks down an inch of a joint and continutes to trip-

A name given to any older man who one may assume has been convicted of child molestation at least 80 times; preferably to the same child all 80 times if a child is present during the assumption.

Person1: Look its Dick Goddard!
Person2: Which person is Dick Goddard?
Person1: Old Swampy over there.
Person2: Oooohhhh.
