The large frontal area of men who are extremely overweight. The area that is creased by the stitching of their pants. Muterus comes from man-uterus. The area that is taken up by this obstruction.

James went to Macdonalds for 5 weeks straight and now he can't sit down because his muterus takes up too much space!
