Unogamy 

noun (you-nog'a-me)

1. The practice or condition of having no sexual and/or romantic partners during a period of time.

2. a) The practice or condition of remaining single.

b) The practice of remaining single for a lifetime.

3. (Zoology) The condition of having no mates during a breeding season or during the breeding life of an individual.
