1. A complete retard who has a blatant disregard to how horible he treats his friends and thinks he's all that when he's truly not.

There is a guy in class who acts like he's cool, but in reality is an ass clown.

Many people are disgusted with someone acting as an ass clown.

Who would ever though that this ass clown would be our next president?
