Guitarthritis 

Joint pain and stiffness caused by jamming, shredding, or noodling on the guitar. This condition is exacerbated by playing because stiff finger joints are loosened by playing only to stiffen when not playing. The only relief is to keep playing. Air guitar playing does not cause this condition.

My guitarthritis is really acting up today .
