Grand theft squirt is when you have a friend sleeping over, and after you've gone to bed and your friend thinks you're asleep so he starts jerking off. You have to get in really close, and just before he comes you reach over and grab his dick and jerk him off the rest of the way. It's the action of stealing someones squirt.
