MTR

MTR stands for "Most Troublesome Railway", It is the dominant mode of land transport in Hong Kong despite it's extreme unreliability, for example cancelling trains because the "computers are going rogue" causing four major railway to be suspended in 2018. The government may be forcing citizens to travel with the "fail-way" that is 75% owned by the government instead of travelling with buses that are privately owned and might be even faster

"Oh, The MTR has a 'signal failure' today? I thought it's part of my daily life!"
