An individual who acts with the belief their RSACs powers are there own; complete disregard for expertise as their RSAC supports their blind lust for opinion first, truth irrelevant, outburst.
The RSACAPOTAMUS fumed when being told they were factually wrong on all accounts and screamed; My RSAC said I was right so regardless of the regulations and policy, my opinion matters, RESPECT my RSAC.
