Debt to perfection

Debt to perfection is a way of stating the aspect of the human condition that can hold an ideal in their mind and simultaneously fail to reach that ideal. Debt to perfection is the Christian concept of sin.

Usage: “You owe a big debt to perfection on how you treated that homeless guy.”
