Piker

PIKER- a Piker is a frugal individual who prefers to recycle, reuse, and repair previously manufactured items for personal use, instead of purchasing a new item. Frugality and ingenuity are the mark of a Piker.

Strong presence of Pikers can be found in the Northeast of the USA, with a predisposition of being a fisherman and Piker at the same time.
