Dick suck, blow job, head (generally females giving to males). Can be used in the case of a male giving a female head as well (eating out). Derived from the nodding motion the head makes during the process.

ex 1: "Man she give that good nod."

ex 2: "I got that nod last night."

ex 3: "Nod for me baby."
