when referring to someone from the Indian Subcontinent, but specifically from the southen portion of the country including those from, but not limited to: Andra Pradesh, Tamil-Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, etc.

Why do I hang out with those 3 guys that are nothing but a bunch of Dirty Southies?
