The "Billie Joe Strong-Arm"

A euphemism for masturbation. A play on the name of punk rocker Billie Joe Armstrong, singer for Green Day whose song "Longview" was partially based on the subject.Also for his habit of polishing the family jewels for his fans at concerts.

I'm gonna go home, grab my dirty mags and do the "Billie Joe Strong-arm" for awhile.
