Ninga07's definitions
A word first used to describe a martial art originating in Okinawa and later modernised in mainland Japan. It now (in the western world) refers to any martial art one may do. Including Korean, Chinese and Indian origin martial arts.
(To the kid that has said multiple times that they do gung fu) Hey, you're that kid that does karate!
