Contraction for the word 'correct'. I made this up in 1999 after watching Norm MacDonnald do his Burt Reynolds impression on SNL.

"who is Scooby Doo?"
"im sorry that is incorrect."
"no, thats c'rec'.. i remember, he had a pal... Scrappy Doo."
