When a person with Aspergers/autism is enclosed on either side by two regular citizens. Similar to how a hamburger has a meat patty enclosed by bread buns. Sperg is derived from Aspergers.

My friend and I were helping out at a special school when I suddenly realised that we had unknowingly created a spergburg.
