Souffléd 

Used to describe the feeling of approaching a high from use of marijuana. When someone is slowly becoming high so they are visibly "rising" to the point of being high.

Someone who is souffléd, experience progressive syptoms of highness, nearing the point of binge-eating and laughing at everything.

"Am I high yet?"

"You're getting there, I'd say you're just souffléd right now."
