When a man is receiving fellatio from a woman, he extricates his penis from her mouth and sticks his erection in her eye, thrusting back and forth vigorously. Such action produces tears in the female which remain on the tip of the penis. The penis is then reintroduced into the female mouth forcing her to taste her own tears.
Jon gave Michelle the tear jerker last night and now she is wearing an eye patch and has a salty taste in her mouth.
