Suck the Dong Bong 

There's a thing called a dong bong - it is a beer bong with a penis on the end of it where you put your mouth. So if you want to say something really and truly sucks you say that they suck the dong bong...because it is humiliating.

Melissa: Have you heard of that band, Fall Out Boy?
Annie: Oh yeah man, they suck the dong bong.
