Think the opposite of 'friends with benefits'. In essence, you are so close to being a girl's boyfriend you get all the negative effects, but none of the positive.

Dude 1: "She's been bitching at me all day."

Dude 2: "Yeah, most guys tend to have friends with liabilities."
