A combination of a date and the use of the internet. Can be Facebook Chat, MSN, Yahoo Messenger or any other chat room.

"Are you two talking right now?'
'Yes'
(later)

'Are you two on a date right now?'
'No, unless you want to call it a cyberdate.'
