Very similiar to Nelson from the Simpson's "Ha, Ha!"

*Note*This term was also used in the mid-1970's in South Central Los Angeles, California.

When someone is showing off trying to do a bike or skateboard trick, fails, and munches the sidewalk, an unimpressed onlooker may sneer, "Moded!!"

To fall off a bike or skateboard,etc, onto the sidewalk or street, etc, especially on one's face.

Dude, did you see that kid munch it on the corner?!!
