An extremely ugly person. Someone that resembles a gremlin, troll, goblin, ogre, gnome, and/or some type of hideous mythical creature.

Friend 1: Eww he's so ugly. He looks like a damn troll.
Friend 2: Yea He's got the face of a grenum.
