A 9th grader, whom acts like they are still in 8th grade; immature, foolish, dumb

Upperclassmen 1: Girl did you see them freshman at lunch?
Upperclassmen 2: Yes, they was acting a fool!
Upperclassmen 2: That's why I call them some super 8th graders!
