A Sebbe is a very cannabis infused human who stays cool during heated arguments and likes to smoke a fag when getting stressed. If you by any chance run in to a Sebbe you must give him outstanding love and care or you will meet your demise. Never question a Sebbe cause you never now what might happen when things get messy.
