Comes after Good morning and before Good afternoon. Usually used between 10 and 12 o'clock.
Dave: Good morning friend!
Bob: Actually it's 10:18 and therefor you say Good beforenoon.
Dave: Ooh, sorry didn't realize it had past 10"
