devinitis

A psychological disorder in which a person experiences feelings of extreme narcissism, self righteousness, materialism, and a highly developed inferiority complex. The sufferer also will hold him or herself to the highest level, act like a fucking jackass and sound like a walrus wacked out on qualudes.
