As a verb - 'to wip' as in the act of emptying ones bowels.
As a noun - 'a wip' as in a significant amount of feacal matter

"I am just of for a wip"
or
"the dog seems have wipped on the floor"

A person who is not altogether 'with it'as if they were stoned but without having to actually take any narcotics

"I don't know how she manages to keep her job.. she's is so nice, but such a Space Cake, its like she'd foget her own head if it wasn't screwed on"
